Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple hampers?
Yes we do, the discount is calculated automatically in our shopping cart based on the value of your order. Our current discounts are as follows;
Orders $1000 or more 5% of order value.
Orders $2000 or more 10% of order value.
The order value includes the delivery fee.
Do I need to open an account to order online?
An account is not required for single purchases and you may checkout as a guest, however, for multiple gift orders, going to multiple addresses an account is required so that each address can be registered for delivery.
Will I receive an invoice? I need to claim the the funds from my employer?
You will receive an invoice from our shopping cart, showing the total amount and any tax component. You will also receive an additional receipt from Eway confirming that your card payment has been successful.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes you can choose a preferred delivery date in our shopping cart, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date for items that are sent via Australia Post or courier. To find out more about delivery timeframes please see our delivery information page.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can do that if the gift is suitable for posting through Australia Post.
Is my item tracked?
All gifts sent via Australia Post are sent via registered mail or by courier with a tracking number. If you require the tracking number please contact us at email@example.com..
Does my gift come with a gift card?
All gifts come with a florist size gift card for your personal message.
How is my gift packaged?
The gift crate lid will be sealed with Liquid Nails and the contents will be secured inside with packaging and bubble wrap for protection. A Crow Bar will be included for opening of the crate.
The crow bar will be wrapped in bubble wrap and attached to the outside of the crate together with your gift card containing your personal message to the recipient.
All Other Gifts
All other gifts excluding Men Crates are wrapped in cellophane and finished with ribbon unless the item description states that the gift is a gift box with a lid.
Can I pay for my gift over the phone with a credit card?
Please email us your purchase request, detailing the recipients name and address, gift card message, gift basket name and we will contact you to take your credit card payment over the phone, Please remember to include your telephone number in your email. All credit card transactions take place on a secure encrypted server, ensuring the utmost safety at all times.
I don't want to use a credit card can I pay via bank transfer instead?
Yes payments can be made via direct bank transfer to our account. This option will be available to you during checkout. Please Note that gifts are not dispatched until payment has been received. On occasions, at our own discretion we may allow the gift to leave our premises after sighting a bank, proof of payment receipt, which you should email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I email my order to you?
Yes you can email orders to email@example.com.
How heavy are the gift crates?
The gift crates generally weigh around 10 kilos, but some crates may be a little heavier depending on the contents. Our maximum weight is 15 kilos but we do not have many in this weight range.
My recipient works on a mine site, can I send him a Men Crate Australia gift crate?
Unfortunately we do not know each individual mine sites rules regarding delivery of gifts so you will need to check with the recipient's employer before placing your order, being aware that the particular Mine Site's policy or the employer, may class a crow bar as a dangerous item, prohibited item or weapon. You will have to make your own checks as to whether it will be acceptable to send it, as it may not be allowed. We will not be held accountable for undelivered, lost, opened, refused gifts or the costs incurred in returning the gift to us and any subsequent redelivery to an alternate address for gifts sent to mine sites.
Can I have my gift sent to a workplace instead of a residential address?
This option is highly recommended as most recipients work during business hours. As long as there is someone over the age of 18 years available to sign for the gift, this would be a great option.
Do you deliver to Hospitals?
Yes we do deliver to hospitals in the Perth metro area.
Do you deliver to Hotels?
We deliver to hotels in the Perth metro area only.
I would like to order multiple gifts, can I do that via the website?
Multiple gifts to the same address in the Perth metro are accommodated on our website so you can place your order online. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate a bulk discount for multiple hampers. Our current discounts are available at the top of this page or on our Multiple Delivery page. Do you deliver Interstate or overseas?
No, unfortunately we don't at this time.
