Perth Gift Delivery Information

The majority of deliveries are done via our own transport with the exception of Country WA for whom we use Australia Post.
We deliver Monday to Saturday throughout the metro area.
We no longer deliver to Apartment buildings or Gated Properties due to access restrictions.

Perth Metro excluding Areas below : $15.00 per hamper
Armadale, Byford and Surrounds : $35.00 per delivery
Rockingham, Kwinana, Perth Foothills, Bullsbrook : $30.00 per hamper
WA Country: $50.00 per hamper (When Available) Not Available during Nov/Dec 2020

Gift Delivery (Gifts Containing Alcohol)
Gifts containing alcohol can only be accepted on delivery by a person aged 18 years or older. Gifts that are sent via Australia Post Registered Parcel Post or courier and must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over. Gifts in the Perth Metro Area are hand delivered by ourselves. Gifts Containing alcohol cannot be sold to any person under the age of 18. By using this site you are agreeing to our Gift Basket Delivery Terms and Conditions and by placing an order for a gift containing alcohol you are confirming that your are over the age of 18.
Gifts Delivered by Australia Post/Courier
If there is no-one over the age of 18 years available at the delivery address on the day of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card in the letterbox and hold the gift at the post office specified on the card, awaiting collection. In the normal course of business Australia Post will hold the gift for 5 days, before returning the gift to us. However Australia Post are now offering to extend the collection period at a cost to the recipient. Information relating to this must be sought from Australia Post.
For any requests placed in the order comments during checkout, that ask for the gift to be left at the address if no-one is home, we advise that we cannot guarantee whether Australia Post or any courier will act upon those instructions. Australia Post may deem it not safe to leave the gift on the day regardless of what instructions we have given them. This is outside of our control.
All gifts are dispatched with tracking included, so please contact us if you gift does not arrive.
Gift Baskets Galore & Men Crates Australia Direct Delivery
In the Perth Metro Area, gifts will be hand delivered by ourselves on a next business day basis, however we reserve the right to use Australia Post for any delivery to outer suburbs, to apartment complexes, gated properties or anywhere that we consider may be difficult to access or during busy periods such as Christmas and Fathers Day. Men Crate delivery to outer suburbs may take up to two days for delivery, as the crates have to be sealed and allowed to dry and therefore may not be ready to leave our premises in our first daily dispatch.
Please advise us when placing your order if there is no direct access to the recipient's residence, ie gated property, secure apartment block etc or you will incur a redelivery fee to the same value as the initial delivery fee. Where the access to the recipient's residence is known to be restricted we will make contact directly with the recipient to organise delivery of their gift.
From time to time we may use a courier to deliver your gift. This will be at our sole discretion. Our couriers deliver during business hours only. If there is no-one over the age of 18 available to accept the gift, they will leave a contact card and it will then be up to the recipient to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Non Delivery of Gift
If your gift is not delivered within the expected time frame provided on this website, please let us know within 3 days of non delivery by emailing perthhampers@gmail.com, so that we can make the appropriate enquiries. If you fail to let us know via email within three days of the expected delivery time frame, we will not accept responsibility for missing gifts.
Delivery Dates
We do not guarantee a delivery date for orders placed on our website. All gifts are dispatched on a next business day basis unless you have indicated a future date. For gifts delivered by Australia Post we do not have control over the delivery time frame. Some areas like outer suburbs or regional areas may take longer than expected.
Delivery To Hospitals and Hotels
We deliver to hospitals and hotels across Perth but do not forward any gifts by post to any hotels or hospitals outside of the Perth metro.
Incorrectly Addressed Gifts
If any gift is returned to Gift Baskets Galore & Men Crates Australia, we reserve the right to pass on any cost incurred in returning the gift, plus the cost of redelivery. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the correct address and recipient name are provided at the time of placing the order. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the gift at the delivery address provided or collect it from Australia Post if applicable. Any costs incurred in returning the gift to Gift Baskets Galore & Men Crates Australia due to the recipient being unable to collect the gift within the time frame given by Australia Post (normally 5 days) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In addition Gift Baskets Galore & Men Crates Australia does not accept responsibility for gifts that are, unclaimed, undelivered, delivered to an incorrect address, refused or become lost due to the incorrect information supplied by the purchaser when placing the order or during any subsequent communication between the purchaser and Gift Baskets Galore & Men Crates Australia or the gift recipient and ourselves.
Gift Packaging
Men Crates
The gift crate lid will be sealed with Liquid Nails and the contents will be secured inside with packaging and bubble wrap for protection. A Crow Bar will be included for opening of the crate.
The crow bar will be wrapped separately in bubble wrap and attached to the crate together with the gift card containing your personal message to the recipient.
All Other Gifts
All other gifts excluding Men Crates are wrapped in cellophane and finished with ribbon unless the item description states that the gift is a gift box with a lid.
